These terms apply to use of the GBetru AIMS Pro public website. Separate terms of sale and a product licence will apply before any digital product is purchased or supplied.

Website purpose

This website presents downloadable ISO/IEC 42001 AIMS toolkits, templates and integration resources launched in 2026. The website does not currently accept online orders or payment, and no displayed information constitutes a binding offer.

Independent status and certification disclaimer

GBetru AIMS Pro is an independent digital-product provider. It is not ISO, an accreditation body or a certification body, and it is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by those organizations. Products do not constitute ISO certification, accreditation, legal advice, regulatory approval or a guaranteed certification outcome.

Professional responsibility

Templates and guidance are general resources that must be adapted to an organization’s context, AI systems, risks, legal duties and contractual requirements. The customer remains responsible for implementation, competent review, governance decisions, evidence and conformity. Certification decisions belong solely to the appointed independent certification body.

Intellectual property

Website content and original GBetru AIMS Pro materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. They may not be copied, republished, resold, publicly distributed, stripped of notices or used to create a competing template library without prior written permission. References to ISO standards do not reproduce or transfer ISO copyright.

Acceptable use and external links

You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use its contents unlawfully. External links are provided for convenience; GBetru AIMS Pro does not control third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

Accuracy, availability and liability

Reasonable care is taken when preparing website information, but material may be revised as products and services develop and is provided without a promise that it is complete or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GBetru AIMS Pro is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on website content.

Future sales terms

Before sales begin, product-specific terms will state the seller’s licensed legal identity, prices, permitted licence scope, payment and delivery arrangements, support, updates, refund conditions, consumer rights and governing law. Those terms will prevail for the relevant purchase.
